HGW was probably one of the first companies to seriously start developing accessories for Wingnut Wings kits. When Wingnut Wings appeared on the modelling scene, it was something of a revelation, and I personally still consider their kits to represent one of the absolute pinnacles of plastic modelling.

Although Wingnut Wings ended the way it did, its kits are still being bought and sold and continue to hold a very special place among modellers. What I find a little sad is that we don't see finished Wingnut Wings models very often anymore. To a large extent, the kits themselves have become collectors' items.

After all, I have all of them too. And I'm not building them yet either. It's quite a nice collection for retirement... :-)

Over the years, HGW has produced a considerable range of accessories for Wingnut Wings kits – textile seatbelts, photo-etched parts, decals, 3D stitching and many other details.

That is why I have decided to create a dedicated WINGNUT WINGS 1/32 category on our new e-shop, where we will gradually bring together everything HGW has ever produced for these kits.

And to make finding what you need as easy as possible, the category will not be divided according to the type of HGW accessory, but according to individual aircraft types. So, if you have an Albatros D.V, Fokker D.VII or any other Wingnut Wings kit, you will be able to find all the HGW accessories available for it in one place.
